======1L SPM+HLU ====== LOCATION: Shelf K

• 3g Potassium Acetate
• 0.2g Raffinose Pentahydrate
• 50mg Ura
• 50mg His
• 100mg Leu

1. Get a 2000mL flask and put apprioprate amount of Potassium Acetate and Raffinose Pentahydrate in flask. Then locate URA, HIS, and LEU located on top shelf in Amino Acid bins then add appropriate amount of each to flask.
2. Put 2L of MilliQ water in flask with stir bar
3. Let it mix and pour in 500ml bottles (only fill line ex400mL in 500ml bottle)
4. Autoclave in cycle 4
