Description
5mg/ml cholesterol is used for making NGM plates for worms.
Location: 4ºC Fridge
Notes and Warning: This solution is dissolved in ethanol, please make sure all labels are covered in clear tape so that they do not run off. If they do start to run, re-label
This can take a while to fully dissolve.

Directions
- Add cholesterol to the tube
- Add ethanol to 50mL and vortex until mixed
- Sterilize the cholesterol by filter sterilization
- Wrap the lid in parafilm
- Store the new labeled tube at 4ºC
