Sequencing Tubes (Eurofin)

Overview
This protocol will outline how to submit sequencing to Eurofins using the sequencing tubes provided.
Protocol
- Take your PCR product and clean and concentrate it with DNA concentration kit.
- Dilute the DNA to the specifications based on the size of your PCR product. (For 0.3-0.8 kb, 40-80 ng/5ul per tube)
- Dilute the primers to the pmol specified (6-20 pmol per 5ul)
- Combine the two dilutions.
- Add to the sequencing tubes. Record the tube number and the sample you pipetted into the tube.
