1) When pulling strains from -80°C Freezer, make sure you wear both Nitrile gloves and polar bear gloves.

2) Determine which boxes contain the needed strains by referencing the freezer map on the outer door of -80°C Freezer.

General Rules:

1. Pull one strain at a time unless strains are in the same box
2. Do not touch any cold metal without “polar bear gloves” or any plastic or cardboard without nitrile
