- Mix 0.12038 g (120.38 mg) of levamisole hydrochloride in 15 mL of sterile M9.
- Vortex.
- Filter sterilize solution.
- Aliquot 100 μL in 1 mL microcentrifuge tubes.
- Keep at -20ºC for storage.
- Avoid re-thawing.
