All lab meeting slides MUST go into dropbox as soon as you present. Also ALWAYS use the lab meeting slides template. The link is provided below in the “ALL THINGS INTERN”. If you are a member of this lab this should be easy to get to.

1. ALWAYS use the lab meeting slides template as your starting point. Do not use other slide formats for any lab meetings ever. Link provided above.
2. ALWAYS store your lab meeting slides in a folder named YYYY-MM-DD-Firstname-Lastname-what-this-lab-meeting-covered. Make sure to title the slide set as YYYY-MM-DD-Firstname-Lastname-what-this-lab-meeting-covered.odp (i.e., save in LibreOffice format).
3. Include all images, tables, papers/refernces, and loose materials you used in preparing the lab meeting in this folder. Please label these components clearly for everyones sake.
4. Once you have given lab meeting upload the entire folder to - mccormicklabshared/McCormick Lab LAB MEETING SLIDES - Link provided above.
5. For all lab meetings you have already given please get caught up on this ASAP. This step should disappear soon.
