1.5ml Screw Cap Tubes

Description


Graduated, polypropylene tubes feature flat caps and frosted areas on the sides for easy labeling. The maximum centrifuge speed up to 18,000RCF;vRNase, DNase, DNA and Endotoxin-Free; Autoclavable; Temperature range from -90oC to 121oC; Thumb-friendly beveled lip for easy one-hand operation; Pop-up highly resistant during heating. All tubes offered with special low friction surface. Examples for use in in the McCormick Lab include Freezing Yeast Strains, plasmids, bacteria. Also largely used in PCR and many other experiments you will embark on.

Location: Each lab station SHOULD have a box of flip tubes. If there is not a box or the box is empty there are two places that you can refill or find a box. First above Lab Microwave and second (and if the first location is also empty) you can find more tubes in cabinet 62.

[Insert Image of lab location here. To do this, take the template of the lab, that is in the wiki folder, and add a red dot in the location of the reagent using InkScape. Export the image to the dropbox folder 'mccormicklab1>Wiki-Documents and Figures> Pictures for Wiki….> equipment' With the file name of “nameofequipment-map.png”. Then, add the image by selecting “Add images and other files” from above and upload your image. When the Link Settings tab pops up, select “Direct link to original”, “Align the image on the right” and “Medium Version”, then click insert. ]
