Sequencing Tubes (Eurofin)

This protocol will outline how to submit sequencing to Eurofins using the sequencing tubes provided.

1. Take your PCR product and clean and concentrate it with DNA concentration kit.
2. Dilute the DNA to the specifications based on the size of your PCR product. (For 0.3-0.8 kb, 40-80 ng/5ul per tube)
3. Dilute the primers to the pmol specified (6-20 pmol per 5ul)
4. Combine the two dilutions.
5. Add to the sequencing tubes. Record the tube number and the sample you pipetted into the tube.
