1X TAE

  1. Fill Jug with 19.6 L of MilliQ Water (We generally take this from KP's lab- please ask for help if you have not done this before). NOTE: Set a timer for 10 minutes and then check it every minute. Do not let it overflow!!
  2. Add 400 ML 50X TAE
  3. Give it a good shake
