1M NaOH is used in PCR reaction for boiling yeast.

Warnings WEAR GLOVES!

Directions

• Add 1/4 the final volume milli-Q water into a labeled beaker with a stir bar
• Add the appropriate volume of NaOH(s) to the beaker and mix until dissolved
• Add water to the final volume
• Transfer to a labeled bottle when dissolved
