Directions

1. Get the 100 mM 1000x stock from the -20ºC drug stock box.
2. Get a 15 mL tube.
3. Label the top and side of the tube with “FUDR,” 10 mM, 100x, your initials, and the date.
4. Add 9 mL dH2O to the tube.
5. Add a thawed 1 mL 100 mM FUDR to the tube.
6. Vortex.
7. Place the top on the tube and wrap it with parafilm.
8. Store in door of fridge.

Note: 10 mM stock goes bad in ~1 month.
