0.5M LiOAc is used in a number of transformation protocols including episomal and high efficiency transformations.

Directions

• In order to make 0.5M stock of LiOAc, dilute from the 1M stock by adding the appropriate volume into a 50mL tube
• Fill to final volume with baxter water
• Cap and store at room temperature
