=== Treating Slides with ConcanavalinA === 1) ConcanavalinA is stored in the -20°C freezer in the box labeled "ConcanavalinA." Allow it to thaw. 2) Clean glass microscope slides with 95% ethanol and a kimwipe. Clean coverslips as well. Only handle the edges. 3) Add 5 μL of ConA solution to slide, spreading around with pipette tip. Place slides in a container to protect from dust.
