Email Mark with: *work study type (federal/state) *amount ($$) *semester allocation (spring/fall/summer/year) *UNM banner ID number *UNM email address *current UNM employment status 2. Go to job posting (provided by Mark via email with direct link). Electronically sign hiring document through [[https://unm.csod.com/ats/careersite/search.aspx?site=13&c=unm#U#UNM%20Jobs|UNMjobs site]] ("Sign My Offer Letter") 3. Let Mark know that offer letter has been signed 4. Go to [[http://stuemp.unm.edu/|Student Employment office]] (Mesa Vista Hall, behind One-Stop) *Fill out and sign I-9 form (bring [[https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/acceptable-documents/list-documents/form-i-9-acceptable-documents|required documentation]]) *Fill out online forms provided by Student Employment *Demographics *Acknowledgment *Let Student Employment know that forms are filled out 5. Allow 3-5 business days for processing 6. Receive "Student Authorization to Start Working" via email from unmjobs@unm.edu 7. Log in to [[https://login.unm.edu/cas/login?service=https%3a%2f%2fmy.unm.edu%2fdashboard|My UNM]] *[[http://stuemp.unm.edu/tms/my-unm-portal.html|Add Student Employment Tab]] *Fill out [[http://payroll.unm.edu/Payroll%20forms.html|W-4]] *Enroll in [[http://payroll.unm.edu/My%20Pay/direct-deposit.html|direct deposit]] 8. Check with Mark and Christine to confirm that all paperwork has been processed correctly; you should now show up as an employee on payroll 9. Don't forget to submit your timesheets biweekly!
