====== 1M LiOAc ====== --- //[[celiser12@gmail.com|Christine Robbins]] 2018/10/01 16:10// ==== Description ==== ---- 1M LiOAC is used in a number of transformation protocols including episomal transformations and high efficiency transformations **Location:**Shelf L ===== Media Recipe and Directions===== **Directions** **Directions** * Get a [[glassware|beaker, and bottles]] and place a stir bar in the beaker * Label all bottles and beaker with 1M LiOAc, your initials and the date * Add [[milliq_water|MilliQ Water]] to about 1/4 of your final volume * With the bar stiring, add the reagents listed below * After all of the reagents are incorporated, fill the beaker to the final volume * Pour the media into labeled bottles (only fill to the highest marked volume on the bottle.
