===== Media Recipe and Directions=====

**Directions** 
  * In a [[glassware|beaker]], add 1/4 the final volume of [[milliq_water|milli-Q]] water and a stir bar
  * Add the appropriate volume of the reagents below 
  * Add milli-Q water to the final volume
  * [[filter_sterilizing_stocks|Filter sterilize]] into labeled bottles
