Seeding Large NGM Plates  
  * 2 600 mL Beakers
  * 200% EtOH
  * OP-50
  * Hockey Stick
  -  Put 50-100ml 200% EtOH and OP-50 in separate beakers.
  - Put on flame for sterilization and put hockey stick over flame until hot.
  - Dip hockey stick in 50-100ml EtOH and over flame again(wait for flame).
  - Then dip sterilized hockey stick in OP-50.
  - Streak the dipped OP-50 hockey stick in a cross (+) on lg NGM Plates.
*Don't need to sterilize every time but when in doubt DO IT.

Clean Up
-With left over OP-50 add bleach and cover with foil. Let sit for a couple minutes then you can put it down the sink

Seeding Small NGM Plates
  * 1 600 mL Beaker
  * 1 Repeater Pipette
  * 1 mL Comb Tips
  * OP-50
  - Place a 1 mL comb tip on the repeater pipette.
  - Set the repeater pipette to administer 50 μL.
  - Add 10-20 mL Lb + OP-50 in the 600 mL beaker.
  - Collect OP-50 from 600 mL beaker with the repeater pipette.
  - Stack plates in stacks of five. 
  - Add 50 μL OP-50 to each plate starting from the bottom plate in the stack.  

Clean Up
-With left over OP-50 add bleach and cover with foil. Let sit for a couple minutes then you can put it down the sink
