1) When pulling strains from [[80_c_freezer|-80°C Freezer]], make sure you wear both [[Nitrile gloves]] and [[polar bear gloves]]. 

2) Determine which boxes contain the needed strains by referencing the [[freezer map]] on the outer door of [[80_c_freezer|-80°C Freezer]].

General Rules:
     -Pull one strain at a time unless strains are in the same box
     -Do not touch any cold metal without "polar bear gloves" or any plastic or cardboard without nitrile
