The 30°C Incubator is where yeast samples are stored to grow. Please note, as soon as samples have grown up, they should be used and/or double parafilmed and stored in the 4°C Refrigerator or Mini Fridge.

**Location:**

**Notes and Warning:** Do not leave door open for an extensive amount of time. Please open and close carefully in order to not tear the latch.  

**Equipment maintenance:** The water tray at the bottom of the incubator must be cleaned and filled with milliQ water at least once a week. Please check the tray every time you get into the incubator and fill as needed or plates will dry out incredibly quickly.
