===== Media Recipe and Directions=====

**Directions** 

  * Add 1/4 the final volume [[milliq_water|milli-Q]] water into a labeled [[glassware|beaker]] with a stir bar
  * Add the appropriate volume of [[sodium_hydroxide|NaOH(s)]] to the beaker and mix until dissolved
  * Add water to the final volume
  * Transfer to a labeled bottle when dissolved
