**Location:**-20°C

**Notes and Warning:** Wear gloves when handling solid FUDR.

===== Media Recipe and Directions=====

**Directions** 
  - Wear gloves. 
  - Get FUDR from -20°C dessicator. 
  - Label a "100 mM FUDR" + initials + date on top and bottom a 15 mL tube. 
  - Add 10 mL H2O to the tube. 
  - Get a small weigh boat, small scale, and small scoopula. 
  - Weigh out 0.246 g of FUDR (246 mg). 
  - Dissolve FUDR in the 10 mL of H2O. 
  - Vortex. 
  - Filter sterilize the solution. 
  -  Aliquot the solution into 10 microcentrifuge tubes.
  - Label the tubes with FUDR, 100 mM, 1000x, initials, and date. 
  - Place the tubes in the -20°C labeled "Worm Drug and PCR."
